1. The Investor agrees to deposit the above-stated investment amount into the designated company account of SkyNet Dynamics S.A. via bank wire transfer, IBG, or cash at registered office. No cash-to-third-party transfers are accepted.

2. SkyNet Dynamics S.A. agrees to utilise invested funds solely for operational capital of GSF Digital eWallet, including but not limited to: loan disbursements, credit facility collateral, regulatory capital requirements, and operational expenses.

3. The agreed annual return shall be paid monthly / quarterly (as selected) to the Investor's designated bank account via IBG transfer. Returns are subject to GSF Digital eWallet's net operating income and are not guaranteed in excess of the stated rate.

4. The Investor acknowledges that this is a private placement investment into an operating company and is NOT a deposit governed by Perbadanan Insurans Deposit Malaysia (PIDM). The Investor has conducted independent due diligence.

5. Early redemption requires 60 days written notice. Early redemption penalty of 2% of principal applies if withdrawn before the agreed maturity date.

6. Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the terms of this agreement. Disclosure to third parties without written consent constitutes a breach of this agreement.

7. This agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute shall be referred to the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA).
